SC Team - I was given CQG credentials in the ongoing move forced transfer of accounts from TT->CQG. I am currently subscribed for dentali/Package5(and going to be package 12) - I get this message when I use cqg credentials. CQG WebAPI | Logon unsuccessful. Server message: Trader is not enabled to use SierraChartData - SierraChart. Contact your FCM. | 2021-02-23 14:36:02.056 -- I have reached out to AMP and they said - reach out to Sierra - I am not sure who can help with this. Thanks |
