I have installed the latest chart, created the Rim subdirectory and downloaded the 4 files to connect to Rithmic. There is a Rithmic trade option in the "Date/Trade Service Setting Window" but no Rithmic Paper trade option is available. Rithmic connects to but the login is refused.
