Hello, I have been a customer for at least 5 years through Infinity futures. Suddenly on Friday Sierra charts will not open. Infinity's platform opens, but the hand off to sierra fails. The log in page does not pop up. Only a small black screen pops up very briefly. I have reloaded the program multiple times, but nothing seems to help. Infinity platform does hand off to ATcharts. One thing I remmmeber now is a mssg pop up when I start sierra charts regarding something about multiple 'email' addresses I have with you. I tried to follow the directions to fix this situation, but have no idea what multiple 'emails' you are referring to. Maybe this is stopping my charts from working. What do you think?
