We need to know what exactly you are doing and what you are seeing. We understand that you have received some Chartbooks and have put them in the Data directory for your Sierra Chart installation. Are you not able to see these chartbooks when you select File >> Open Chartbook? Or can you select them, but then do not get any data? Or is it something else?
