The issue which caused this is now resolved: We have encountered a stability issue, exception during the processing of the EUREX data feed. This caused an interruption around the 10 AM US Eastern time hour on 2021-2-11.
Until this problem is identified and resolved we cannot release this feed It was caused by the access to the buffer containing snapshot packets, when the snapshot data feed was being closed down after the initial feed startup. We are still going ahead with the plan on getting this new EUREX feed out to all users who are subscribed to the feed before Monday. At this point, the the development regarding the EUREX feed is considered complete other than some additional work on market by order data and also including the instrument status (Indicating the state of the market like whether it is pre-open, open and halted things like that).
