Good morning..I guess :) I have the same issue. I even opened a support ticket (and closed it), because I think that even technically I'm logged on, it basically is not being able to logon. The successful logon has no meaning without the 'data files folder not being set, but can't be corrected'. I tried a lot of things: Step 1: 'Delete and Download All Data' - no result Step 2: 'Update Symbol Settings' - The reason I started using the SC Futures Order Routing was the planned co-located server with direct connection to the EUREX systems. - Therefore I thought that it might have to do with the upcoming change - no result Finally I have unchecked the 'Use Custom Symbol Settings Values' Checkbox and ended up by renaming the file containing the custom system settings (just added ".bak" to the end - it's an old habit of mine) *Update* I forgot to mention that I did a clean install by moving everything aside and configuring everything from the scratch (started with a blank accounts4.config). The data files folder is definitively set. (Otherwise Sierra wouldn't be able to open my chartbook). At last I read through the posting and discovered that something has happened: New Upcoming EUREX Full Order Book Data Feed (Now Available!) | Post: 250863 So I even upgraded to the Pre-Release Version 2227 (which is OK for now, but I usually prefer using production/stable/release versions.)
