Hi Team,

I am having a range of issues and have a range of questions, I feel your FAQ section does not answer how to fix the charting issues I am having. How do I organise the telephone support mentioned? I am happy to pay for any and all costs that may arise.

Being an international customer in Australia, but can accommodate being awake at any time day or night if it means getting my issues resolved.

Please review and advise.
