We have solved the problem with the Reference Data (RDI) but now the next issue is we are not receiving any data from the EUREX extended order book multicast feeds. We have contacted Deutsche Borse about this. We know it is one thing after another but this is not unusual with a complex project like this especially one that involves very high costs and complexities. When we mention the high cost, the relevancy of that is that this is a 10,000 + USD/month cost for the presence in Frankfurt 2 and the connectivity to the T7 feeds. So we are only now testing out in a production environment. All of our testing previously was using packet capture data. However, we are very competent, and have the support of Deutsche Borse.
