In the DOM you are customizing visit Trade -> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns. In the main SC window File -> Save All or Save your settings. Also on every exit of SC you should be prompted to Save your settings. Once you start SC back up everything should be like you left it... platform is pretty overwhelming in the beginning.
