We had the call with EUREX this afternoon and worked out the issue of not being able to access the multicast data feeds. That is resolved and we can now access the feeds. The issue was something during the process we discovered ourselves where the server had two 10 Gb connections but only one of them was to the Deutsche Borse T7 infrastructure. We were using the wrong connection link. Being everything is done remotely, using remote hands of the Frankfurt 2 data center, these things were just not obvious to us. However, reference data feed (RDI) which is the first step with feed processing, does not have the same data that we had in the packet capture file which was used for testing so we need to understand the reason and work this out. This remains a top priority for us to determine what the problem is. We will be working on it today, Sunday. But we just do not know how long it will take.
