I just wanted to give a little feedback just in case you run into this problem with some other noob client in the future. I decreased the threshold on my footprint/number charts and that seems to have helped. I am seeing the imbalances where I would expect them to be. Perhaps the Denali data is so much more extensive that the imbalances were not as prominent? Just a guess, but I think it is all resolved now. Thanks.
