I got the new 1091 and still can not get the 10 min chart... maybe I am not doing it right but I have spent hours searching because I really need this data that is the main reason I sign up fro SC. I go to Global settings Data-trade service settings Sc historical data {data} (settings I have left at default) then I click OK File - find symbol I select ES march 2014 exp but I have also selected the others to see if I can get them but it makes no difference. Open historical chart (this option gives me no lower then 1 day Open intraday chart (this option only allows for 1 min there is no 10min option that I have found and the 1 min data only goes back to Nov 2013 so... How can I get 10 min data for the es / ym that will go back to the 24 months that it should? Thanks for your time.
