Where is the prove that the data was not reliable? I did not have any problems with historical data with CQG.
This is because it in the past , before January 1, 2021, the data was never coming from CQG! It was coming from our own systems. All of this is explained here:

So the proof, that CQG is data is "not reliable" is this thread that you have started. We had a look at the log file again, and basically what we see the problem is in your case is that you do not have access to historical data for expired contracts. We have made this very clear in our notice linked above.

So you can see how high quality, advanced and complete our historical and market data systems are as compared to CQG. Now you are facing the reality of what CQG is. It is not what anyone has thought.

You better not talk with me with this manner, but give an advice how to make a bundle of purchase with the less price possible for customer.
We are giving our customers excellent prices.

. Sierra Chart simply whats to make money on customers. I was happy to have data from CQG and not paying extra for the platform being AMP customer. Now I need to pay for Sierra and for CME.

So it is ok for the exchange, brokers, and CQG and governments to be earning huge amounts of money, and us to be picking up pennies. And yet Sierra Chart is one of the most important parts of what you are using.

Think about what you are saying and instead face practical reality. It does not make sense what you are saying. We work very hard to make Sierra Chart a good product and we have expenses, and we are taking on even greater expenses in order to provide more data feeds to users. All high quality. And we are are the cheapest in the industry with what we are offering.

Now you can see how CQG is nothing more than a substandard system.
