It sounds like you have your Symbol and Trade and Current Quote Symbol set backwards. If you want to have a Micro ES chart and place a trade for the ES based on the Micro ES, then you need to have your Symbol set to MES (Micro ES) and the Trade and Current Quote Symbol set to ES.
