Hello: Today, I did make the payment for $26 for Basic Service Package. However, when I opened up the BTCusd chart, I got a red message stating "Historical data download not available". I have not been able to download any data at all. I understand BTCusd is part of the basic service package. Can you please have a look into my account? |
