Make sure that the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service is set to SC Data - All Services.

Then select the option for Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

You should be good from that point forward for the Delayed Streaming Data from the CME Group and the Historical data for other exchanges.
