What broker told you this? The MAP fee would only potentially apply to a TT trading account used with the Sierra Chart Order Routing service but we have not heard of this. Certainly we have not heard of it through Dorman. It is totally unrelated to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. And there is never is any fee like that associated with this data feed.
