Okay, thanks. The features I suggested in my post above from (2013-06-26 13:14:48) would save everyone a lot of time. When users have the ability to search the support board effectively, they don't have to post duplicate questions. That means you don't have to spend time answering them. Also, it is a lot faster for the user to find answers to already posted questions. The old support board had a very good search ability. I might be wrong, but implementing them on this one might just entail changing some settings in the board setup section. Thanks.
