I haven't been able to reconnect to TransAct at the 6PM Est Asia open.
Immediately call Transact support directly when this happens. Or at the very least e-mail them. Happened to me as well at that time. And yes you do have to use a broker different than Transact.
I hope this isn't the case for the Denali data feed connection. |
