In the Trade Activity Log you have provided, there are several sell fills at the end which exit several of the Trades at the end of the Trades list that you have provided in the first post. And also establish a short position. There is no doubt everything is working correctly. You just have to understand how all of the order fill matching and grouping works and identify what fill or partial fill goes to what Trade.
