All of my data is delayed according to Sierra Chart numbers.

I paid, and have a balance $64.
What is the red box counting the time by the "Current Date - Time:...etc. (up for time minutes and hours)"? Am I being charged for that?

I chose Advanced package (as advised) I don't know why advanced rather than standard?
Now I have footprint, but when I open it, Data is delayed? It goes in and out of delayed to real-time?? ie ES at 3717 when it's supposed to be 3707? Then it will be real-time. Now at 3688 When it's supposed to be 3684?
I thought I purchased real-time data feed?

I had AMP as my broker. Is AMP still my broker? Will AMP also charge me for my trades, or do I now pay for trades through Sierra Charts? At what price?
I have tried to find the answers to these, but got completely lost?

If I am not supposed ask these questions here, where should I ask? On support board?
My experience on the Support Board has been that my searches bring so many answers that have nothing to do with my search, and it takes forever for me to find any answers.
or Sometimes the answers I get have to do with my question/search. What am I doing wrong? How do I actually ask a question on the Support board?

For me Sierra Chart site is hard to follow. I get overwhelmed and lost.
TBH I don't know what services, and what variable charges I've purchased through Sierra Chart? or why Advanced instead of Standard, which is what I had before. I think AMP is still my broker, or is Sierra my broker now? So will AMP charge me for trades, or is Sierra Chart charging me? Why is Advanced what I need, when I believe I've had standard in past through AMP with constant (no problem) real-time equity data? I tried to look for this answer and got completely lost.
