Good morning,

I am having difficulties downloading the historical data from CQG. Hoping to get some feedback.

My broker has enabled CQG Historical data on my account. We have followed the steps provided in this link: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

However, I cannot get intraday data (30 minute bars) before 12-13-2020. Is this normal?

Daily bars work fine.
