Hi, I have a Mac and would like Sierra Chart on there, so I downloaded Parallels, as advised on Sierra's website, but an error keeps popping up which prevents the installation. It says "Error saving downloaded files to system. Stopping installation. Check logs." And in the log it keeps repeating, after every action, "Failed to open the file: \\Mac\Home\Downloads etc" I've sent the log to support. Many thanks, Yoann |
