For those cash indices you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Not the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Here is the relevant documentation: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed You will need to subscribe to S&P indices, CBOE indices, and also Dow Jones indices. We do see you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed now which we do recommend you continue to use for CME group data. TransAct advised me that I need to opt out of their data feed (I'm signed up for their level 5 service), which would also drop my Sierra Charts with them and get Sierra Charts as a stand-alone charting platform. Is this true and what's the procedure for doing this. You do not necessarily have to do this. It is up to you. Generally we think it is better so you are in full control of paying for Sierra Chart. If you want to do this, just simply tell Transact that you no longer want to pay for Sierra Chart through them. Let us know when that is done. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
