Dear support, i encountered a problem with confirming the Real-Time number of Symbols, when i press on the button of confirming the Real-time number of symbols 250, i get the following message " 250 Real-Time Symbols have been enabled" , but then when i press on "return to exchange data feed features page" , it shows that the Real-time number of symbols WAS NOT ACTIVATED YET. I would be beyond glad, if you could send me specific instructions on how to solve this problem. Thank you so much
