hey mate, no..spoofing is not the issue here...its simple the OB data feeds not updateing correctly..as y just cant have resting buy lmts above the BBO or sell lmt below the BBO...makes no sense...this is simply "old" data not updateing / overwriting with new data.. look at the ETH fut...the OB theres working just fine...
