We accomplished a lot in year 2020. Some quick items that come to mind are: -Microsecond Time Stamping -Historical Market Depth Data -Sierra Chart Order Routing Service -Direct CME Order Routing with risk management and account balances (still to be released) -Market By Order Data with Denali Data Feed and Delayed Data Feed. -Direct EUREX data feed (still to be released) -Unicode support throughout Sierra Chart to support any language in use in the world (Just released and in the prerelease as of this writing). -Data feed compression across all Sierra Chart provided data feeds. This ensures lower latency and less bandwidth requirements for data. Year 2021 is going to be a good year as well. Many good things coming near term. Many things that we have talked about for a long time are going to start to be released. We will go into more detail later on. We thank you for your support. We have had an increased number of users in year 2020. Obviously these are very challenging times in the world and a lot going on. It is certainly a time of change and we do not see that things are going to be easily resolved, and instead there are going to be very different realities. You can count on Sierra Chart to be honest and straightforward and to act in the interest of our user base. We obviously do want people to move more onto our own services in order for us to provide higher quality services and reduce our support burden and make everyone happy. So we are going to continue on with that. And this also means, that we are not going to be subsidizing external services which we have nothing to gain from any longer and we have talked about this here: Jan 1, 2021 Changes to Historical Data: Interactive Brokers, CQG This is very important in order to provide high-quality services to our users which are very reliable, easy to support, and work well for users. This also takes a major financial commitment due to the high cost of exchange connectivity. We will continue to invest wisely in the Sierra Chart product and service.
