This is not something we can help with. We do not control those connections. You need to ask BitMex why their systems are not working properly but just do not do that. You are wasting your time.

You are expressing the basic reason of why we are so adamantly against any type of connectivity that does not make complete sense, and we are not in complete control of.

Otherwise, everyone gets frustrated here. This is why it is stupid for us to be supporting any trading with any crypto currency exchange and we will never do that again.

We are seeing this again with Binance. Users have been asking about us supporting that, for market data, and we did not do it for years because it is a waste of our time and finally we finish it, and now what we see is problems. This is only reaffirming what we always knew.

At this time, we are going to make a decision soon to pull support for BitMex.
