This is definitely not correct: The old Bitmex connection does not work, nor do I think Bitmex trading through Sierra, only the Bitmex data feed is now offered.
BitMex trading is still supported. It has not changed. However, we are no longer helping with BitMex connection problems. However, we may remove BitMex trading support.
