Congratulations! You have lost a customer... Make no mistake; You are NOT the only solution and your poor support attitude has done the job... I have already found a MUCH better tool with more features and a polite and helpful support staff. ... Enough said ... BTW: If you software is so bug-free, Why do you do a new release every day??? |
