I used Sierra chart, and yesterday it asked me to update the programm, i did it, and i can not start the program, it doesnt open, it doesnt start work. I deleted program and installed new program from website, anyway, i still have the same problem. I have Windows 7. I click the sierra chart, black window opens for 1 second and then disappear.
