Hi, I reached out almost two months ago to confirm how to set up delayed data for SIM trading purposes as I am new to futures trading. You instructed me to contact AMP since they handle the billing with my account. After much back and forth, I confirmed I was getting delayed data but as of today I have learned that I'm being charged the $20 monthly fee for the Denali Exchange Data despite the fact that the data is shown as delayed. So far I've been billed for two months of data that was never needed or used. Please advise on the simplest fix for this. Once before, you suggested closing my AMP account and just using SC's package 5 with delayed data for a total of $25/month. At some point within the next year I would need the AMP account to actually trade, so I'm still unsure what is the best option at this time.
