This is really the responsibility of AMP since they are the provider of the offer you have taken advantage of. You are a customer of them. Not us. The pricing they are offering Sierra Chart, is their choice. We do not agree with it. So do not put the responsibility on us. If AMP decides to make the offering that they are, and insisting on the particular background arrangement which creates the restrictions, then they need to take responsibility for it. The basic restrictions is that there is no access to Data and Trading services other than those available through the broker. We do not want to impose restrictions and we are planning with ensuring consistent pricing for everyone. There is not a proper relationship when you are getting Sierra Chart through a broker. They do not want to pay much. We simply do not like this arrangement but we tolerate it. You need to pay for Sierra Chart directly to get full functionality and support. This is the proper relationship if you want to have a direct relationship with us.
