Searching around the Sierra site I've found that the reason the Bitmex login doesn't work when connecting to Bitmex via Data/Trade Services Setting. The data feed to Bitmex via Data/Trade Services doesn't seem to work so instead connect to the Bitmex feed using the SC Data - All Services. I hope this helps everyone.
