We always do our very best and we continuously improve Sierra Chart and if there any issues we do promptly resolve those. We understand in the case of a new instance how the connection is not automatic and Chartbooks do not automatically open but you can manually connect with File >> Connect to Data Feed and open Chartbooks through File >> Open Chartbook This minor issue affecting a sub instance is now resolved. Update Sierra Chart again with Help >> Download Current Version.
