If the Attached Orders were being cancelled for some reason, then that information would be in the Trade Service Log.

What we see in your Trade Activity Log is that there was at least a Stop order entered when the parent filled from this line:
Orders 2020-11-24 14:12:03.752 F.US.MNQZ20 Auto-sent child from parent fill 128 Stop 1 Buy 11989.00 Order Sent 134517 Close 127 -1 0.00

So we are not seeing anything related to actual rejections of attached orders. What is the reason why you believe these are being rejected?
