I am setting this up now. Updated to 2200, connected to the SC Data All Services. Enabled the Depth downloading in Global Settings. Added the shortcut to the Chart Shortcut menu and clicked to download depth data for ZCN21-CBOT and nothing happens/downloaded. I have sent the message log for analysis using the Send for Analysis function. Can you please advise?
