This is something we have noticed with CTS T4. There is a problem increasing the quantity of an OCO order. Update Sierra Chart to the latest version by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

Disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Use Server-side OCO.

Not completely certain about this:
Notice - An overfill UpdateOrder call has occurred. InternalOrderID: 19292, Overfill Quantity: 1, Symbol GC.CME_20140400_GCJ4.CME_CO. |
This would be a server-side issue.
