First of all, the directory you have chosen to install Sierra Chart to is a strange location. You have selected "C:\Users\rizva\Downloads\Sierra Chart". You should not be installing Sierra Chart under the Downloads folder. Our recommendation is to install Sierra Chart to the top of the C: drive, so the folder would be "C:\SierraChart". Still, you should not have had a problem installing to that folder unless you did not have permissions.
