Thank you Sierra Support - for the benefit of other users resolution below. I had these settings: Chart Settings >> Main Settings >> Use Date Range -> From: [ xxxx-xx-xx ] To: [ xxxx-xx-xx ] I had both From: and To: fields filled which was limiting this pair update between the two dates. Resolution: Chart Settings >> Main Settings >> Use Date Range -> From: [ xxxx-xx-xx ] To: [ ] For data to update in real time the To: [ ] field must be blank !
