What you are seeing is due to the low amount of trading that occurs on that symbol. It is simply not reaching 5 ticks within a day, but since you have the setting for New Bar at Session Start set to [/b]Yes[/b], you are getting a new bar each day. You probably should just use a defined time-period to review that chart.
