Support, I understand the mechanics of what you referring to (OS file compression) and how it may impact / delay the initial processing of the chart book. However, if this is in fact the reason for such dramatic change in performance in the new versions (and I have other fellow traders experiencing and confirming same issue) can this be made a user selectable option: Compress Files or NOT? It is certainly a very drastic architectural change in behavior that is causing seriouse impact on platform usability. |
