nosast: The primary thing I can think of is that you are displaying the Maximum Market Depth instead of the Last Market Depth. Check your Input for Use Last Quantity instead of Max Quantity for Bars. If you want to see the Last depth (which will be the values that will match up with the DOM), then this should be set to Yes.
