The CME has just got back to me on my email. Here is the link they provided https://www.cmegroup.com/confluence/display/EPICSANDBOX/MDP+3.0+-+Market+Data+Incremental+Refresh I think you can pull the CME price limits off their API. Maybe Sierra Chart can provide us access?
