                Hello:... I am attempting to setup a second instance of Sierra Charts because my computer crashed and I think it corrupted my first instance because I cannot get my custom studies to work any longer. They don't even show up under custom studies any longer. In any event, I wanted to setup a second instance of Sierra anyway to test other studies I wrote so I did so under C:\Sierra2 folder. It installed fine with no errors. However, I am not able to connect to Rithmic. I have everything setup for Rithmic exactly the same as the first instance (under Data/Trade Service Settings) and am able to log into Rithmic on its own. The first instance of Sierra also connects with no issue. I even copied the RIM folder and it contents. I did hit the "Send for analysis" button under message log as well. Please assist... thank you very much.... Ward Hum
