The reason why the statement was made about that not being the POC is because it is not the Volume POC that is being used to determine the number of TPOs above and below the POC. You would need to look at the actual TPO POC to see where the line is that defines those that are above versus those that are below. As to the number of TPOs, those values are correct. We are counting the actual number of blocks/letters that are displayed.
