The docs (Pivot Points: Formula Type 5 (Camarilla Pivot Points)) shows numerous pivot levels based on the Camarilla calculations. When I place the study on the chart, however, it only shows R1/2/3 and S1/2/3. How do I get this to display all of the levels described in the documentation?
