Can you give us the step-by-step to reproduce this. We have tried a few items in terms of having different configurations for control bar buttons, but we are not seeing any bugs. The only way that we can get two control bar buttons to both be active at the same time, is when they are both drawing the same tool with the same tool config, which makes sense and is not a bug.
