SC Support We have no users. We're trying to help some users who is unable to ask a help from SC Support directly because of the language barier. We're developing studies and chartbooks by the requests. All are for free. We were doing it as good as we can. It were our volunteer efforts for about 100 SC users (demo or real we don't know, they are just trying to use SC) Also this was not the pressure but personal impression of the support quality for the last months. This was the users feedback. FYI: There is not only the positive feedback but the unsatisfied/negative. Could there be a different opinion than yours? Thank you for the kindly suggestion to get the hell out :)
