To say that we are refusing to resolve issues is just not true. Post #1 is about functionality that is not available. This is not an issue although maybe from your perspective it may seem that way. When we say we are too busy, this has to do with feature requests only. This is all. Furthermore, it is not possible for us to provide an estimated time for some significant feature to be added. If we try to give you a time estimate, then there is a chance it will not be met. This is completely fine with us and cannot change anything that we are doing. We cannot be pressured by this. If Sierra Chart does not meet your requirements, then you need to go somewhere else and find what you need. And we do not think that many Sierra Chart users are going to agree with you. If there are any existing issues of course we will take care of those. Sierra Chart provides an enormous amount of functionality already with a lot more functionality coming.-we've stopped to expand our efforts to provide more SC-related public info. -we'll consider to stop all of SC-related public activity in the nearest future. In the case of the Volume by Price study, the Subgraphs really are only used to control coloring, line widths, and text sizes. This is all. Although there are other controls enabled for a Subgraph, they do not apply and the documentation explains this. This was one thing that we do need to do is disable those controls when they do not apply. We know that you and your users have been working with CTS T4, and we have done an enormous amount of work improving the integration to CTS with their new FIX service, pointing out issues to CTS themselves, and making sure all of that works very reliably to the best of our ability because we are only one part of the overall service. What CTS provides is the other half of it. So to say that we are just too busy and we are not taking care of issues, is 100% incorrect. There has been a lot of work done with CTS.
